Stay at Dromoland Castle for 3 nights surrounded by the utmost luxury and enjoy the challenge of an introductory fitness programme. Whether you want to have fun or go for a serious workout, Dromoland Castle can cater for all fitness levels. To make the most of the resorts breathtaking grounds during your leisure time you can enjoy a bike ride, guided ramble or a power walk. This programme has been designed to help you start your fitness journey then relax in the spa and enjoy meals by world-class chefs. 

Arrival day 
- Afternoon arrival at Dromoland Castle. 
- Join Claire in Dromoland Castle Leisure Centre for a One-to-One fitness assessment which will enable Claire to create a suitable introductory fitness programme. 
- Enjoy the facilities of the Castle after your assessment 
- Dinner in The Earl of Thomond Restaurant 

Day 2 
- Breakfast in The Earl of Thomond Restaurant. 
- Join Claire in The Gym for a tailored workout (1hr) 
- Followed by a cool down walk around the Castle (1hr) 
- Light Lunch in The Fig Tree Restaurant 
- 1 hour additional indoor/outdoor workout 
- Enjoy early Dinner in The Fig Tree Restaurant 

Day 3 
- Breakfast at Leisure 
- Join Claire for a tailored workout in the Gym (1hr) 
- following your workout enjoy a cool down swim in the 17 metre Pool. 
- Light Lunch in the Fig Tree Restaurant 
- 1 hour Estate Challenge designed to test your fitness and stamina (Bootcamp for beginners) 
- Enjoy a 55 min Spa Treatment in The Spa at Dromoland which will help your body recover. 
- The Rest of the Evening is free for you to enjoy the facilities of the Castle. 

Day 4 
Breakfast at Leisure before departure
